Service Description

Our yoga class is a meditative and calming practice designed to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. The class typically begins with a centering exercise to help you focus and connect with your breath. The main practice is a series of yoga postures, or asanas, that are designed to increase your flexibility, strength, and balance. Your instructor will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments to help you find the proper alignment and deepen your practice. Throughout the class, there is an emphasis on mindfulness and being present in the moment. Your instructor may also incorporate breathing exercises, or pranayama, to help you connect with your breath and release tension and stress. The class ends with a final relaxation, or savasana, where you lie down and allow your body and mind to fully relax and integrate the benefits of the practice. This class will help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm.
